Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Shift Habits account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to bipstudio.dev@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Include the email address or user ID associated with your account. Your user ID is visible in the app under Settings.

We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and all synced data — habits, completion logs, and settings stored in our database (Supabase).

What is retained

  • Purchase and subscription records — kept by RevenueCat for legal and financial compliance. Retention periods vary by jurisdiction (up to 7 years).
  • Anonymized analytics events — usage events collected in PostHog contain no personal identifier and cannot be linked back to you; they are not deleted.
